I had chronic lower back pain, and while I was receiving a lot of PT and going to the gym on my own, I was not making any improvement with my pain. I now train with Ken once a week and workout on my own the rest of the time. Ken has taught me a lot about how to work out properly. His gym and the different personalized workout routines he creates have a good amount of variety between machines, cables, and free weights. I’m able to take this knowledge and confidence with me when I am working out on my own. Seeing other members at my regular gym working out with the trainers there has given extra appreciation for my times with Ken, he is always upbeat, positive, and provides encouragement.
